He is survived by: his wife Amanda Smith (Kissell) of Moores Hill; his children, Jason Smith (Sherri) of Versailles, Chris Smith (Lisa) of Batesville and Mickie Moore (Russell) of Batesville; his stepsons, Adam Minges (Sarah) of Harrison and Zachary Marvin Smith (Sabrina) of Lawrenceburg; and his siblings, Alvin Smith (Gina) of Rising Sun, Arron Smith (Angie) of Greensburg, Lindsey Smith of Greensburg, Melinda Dennis (Greg) of Pawleys Island, Dianna Lowe (Steve) of Greensburg, Reva Clark of Osgood and Vikki Bialk of Lawrenceburg. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Marvin to the family to help defray the cost of a headstone.
