Katie Carter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Carter of Moores Hill, Indiana, born in Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on March 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Foster and Nola Foster (Slaven); and her siblings, Ann Hentz and Frank Foster. She is survived by: her husband Bob of Moores Hill; her children, Robert Carter Jr. (Leisa Burns) of Aurora, Tony Rigacci and Pam Carter-Rigacci of Lawrenceburg; and her siblings, Jessie Foster of Amelia, Ohio, Ken Foster (Christine) of Amelia, Ohio, Ricky Foster (Sherry) of Amelia, Ohio, Mary Ratford of Cincinnati, Betty Foster of Amelia and Sue Hood of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.

Due to the Governor's mandate and for everyone's health and safety, social distancing should be observed, and masks must be worn while inside the funeral home.

Memorials may be given in honor of Katie to Moores Hill Life Squad.
