She is survived by: her husband Gene Belew; her children, Bobby Belew of Moores Hill, Bill Belew (Lindsay) of Versailles, Jerry McIntosh of Indianapolis and Beth Hayes (Tony) of Franklin; her siblings, Tom Houston (Gail) of Wilder, Kentucky and Lois Stutzman (Bob) of Rising Sun; and her grandchildren, Emme Belew, Aidan Belew, Hannah Hayes, Matthew Hayes and David Hayes.
