He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nordhoff and Ottie Nordhoff (Shoopman); and his siblings, Bud Becraft, Loretta Becraft, Bill Nordhoff, Johnny Nordhoff, Richard Nordhoff, Walt Nordhoff and Cyril Nordhoff.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Nordhoff (Bradley); his children, Tabitha Nordhoff (Chris Lageman) of Manchester, IN, Jamie Clark Sr. (Ricky) of Moores Hill, IN, David Nordhoff of Moores Hill, IN and James Nordhoff Jr. (Michelle Helfrich) of Moores Hill, IN; his brother David "Dave" Nordhoff (Cathy) of Aurora, IN; and his grandchildren, Jacob Lageman, Haley Lageman, Ricky Clark Jr., Jameson Clark, Jayden Nordhoff, Cloe Nordhoff, Faithe Nordhoff, Maci Nordhoff and Leelan Nordhoff.
