He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Hough and Goldie B. Hough (Stewart). He is survived by: his spouse Valeska Marie Hough (Runge); his son Jerome K. Hough (Savong); his grandchildren, James T. (Jamie), Alexander T. (Alex) of Moores Hill and Gabrielle D. Thomas of Erlanger; his nieces, Brenda Adams (Hough) of Lexington, Pamela Boland (Hough) and Renee Tilley (Hough) of Paducah; and his son Jerry (Jerry). He is also survived by four great nieces, two great nephews, and a number of great-great nieces and nephews.
