She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Stallard and Melvina Stallard (Burke); and her grandchildren, Eric and Kinley. She is survived by: her children, John Benham (Amanda) of Dillsboro, Kenny Benham (Shannon) of Versailles, Patricia Whitaker (Doug) of Aurora, Christina Beasley of Moores Hill and Tayler Benham of Moores Hill; her siblings, Timmy Anderson, Sue Sanders, Brenda Wilsey and Tina Hill; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Wesley, Andrew, Morgan, Tyler, Zachary, Brody, Allee, Maddie, Macie, Marlie, Myles, Alyssa and Josh.

Memorials may be given in honor of Glenda to Holman Christian Union Church.
