He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Shouse and Mary Shouse (Nicholson); and his daughter Carrie Shouse. He is survived by: his daughter Bridget Haworth of Greensburg, Indiana; his sister Kathy Bowen of Lexington, Indiana; his close friend Judy Spurlock of Moores Hill, Indiana; and his stepchildren, Debbie Hamilton of Butlerville, Indiana, Jerry Roark (Latasha) of Osgood, Terry Roark (Stacy) of North Vernon and Tony Roark of Fairlane, Indiana. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
