He is survived by: his children, Kelly Ridenour (Christian) of Hamilton, OH and Derek Zapata of Hamilton, OH; his brother James Zapata of Hamilton, OH; his grandchildren, Hannah Zapata, Haylee Ridenour, Sophia Ridenour, Jacob Ridenour, Derek Zapata, Jr., Jordon Zapata and Aubrey Zapata; his great grandchild Nalia Zapata; his girlfriend Mary Fisher; and his caregiver Julia Patterson.
