He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Volz, Sr. (Koechlin) and Chris Volz,; his son Chris Volz III; his former wife Judy Volz; and his sister Joanne Konnersman.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Wilson; his children, Cindy Volz Hubler of Greenwood and Joe Volz of Moores Hill; his sisters, Mary McKittrick of Milan and Rita Ester of Milan; his grandchildren, Greg Hubler (Heidi), Russ Hubler (Kelly), Christi Lyskava (Jason), Kai Smith (Ryan), Lehua Ponder (Drew) and Alex Volz; and his great grandchildren, Cruze, Sailor, Cameron, Lainey Hubler, Zoey, Lincoln, Henry and Rose Lyskava.
Memorials may be given in honor of Chris to the Milan American Legion Post #235.
