He was predeceased by: his parents, John Curtis and Lillie Curtis (Humes); his great grandchild Dominic; and his siblings, Estella Tucker, Merle Hampton, Linda Hicks, Margaret Hunt, Phillip, Bill, Marion, Marvin and Jack Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Curtis (May) of Mooreland; his children, Scott Curtis (Angela) of Villa Ridge, MO, Rick A. Curtis of Mooreland, Kelli Johnson (Bruce) of Modoc and Kim Gard (Brian) of Mooreland; his stepchildren, BJ Brewer of Indianapolis and Bill Mellott (Stephanie) of Findlay, OH; and his brothers, Bob Curtis (Ann) of Luray, Toby Curtis (Lynn) of Luray and Tony Curtis (Rose) of Sulphur Springs. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
