He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Herschel and Bessie Talbott (Thomas); his son Steve Talbott; and his siblings, Willie Talbott (Mildred), Keen Talbott (Patty), Norman Talbott and Marie Ellis (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Anne Talbott (Ferguson); his son Jimmy Talbott (Jennifer) of Indianapolis; his granddaughters, Monica Henkel (Jeff), April Dugger (Rick), Amanda Walls (Tim), Kristi Talbott and Lori Stansbury (Greg); and his sisters, Juanita Harger (James) and Wanda Baumgartner (Joe). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
