He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hugh and Ima Mildred Kendrick (Carr); his wife Jodelle Kendrick (Lewis); and his sisters, Margaret Atchison and Joanne Ramirez.
He is survived by: his children, Hugh Bryan Kendrick (Diane) of Farmland, Lori Halstead (William) of Mooreland and Brenda Blevins of Lexington, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Lindsay Snyder (Kaine), Zachariah Blevins (Tamara), Shelby Barnes (Ryan), Tyler Halstead (Reba), Derek Halstead, Nick Halstead, Russ Cronk and Ryan Cronk (Stacci); and his cousin Joseph Bruce Sutherland (Jolena) of Muncie. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, many friends and his church family.
