He is survived by: his father Willie Wallen; his significant other Gloria Campa-Campbell; his children, Stephen Wallen, Matthew Wallen and Sarah Wallen; his stepson Ryan Cesnik; his siblings, Shawn Wallen and Nathan Wallen; his stepbrothers, Kenny Robinson and Michael Robinson; his close friend Tina Wallen; and his grandchildren, Ariana, Braelynn, Serenitie, Elissa, Kyliegh, Juan Jr. and Ryan Jr..
