With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola M. McCoin of Montpelier, Indiana, born in Lebanon, Missouri, who passed away on May 12, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Berry and Lola Rmenes (Tate); her husband Leo J. McCoin; her son Ed McCoin; her sisters, Lona Randolph and Wanita Knight; and her half-brother Richard Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Tony McCoin (Lori) of Montpelier, IN, Tim McCoin (Jean) of Hartford City, IN, Evelyn McCoin of Montpelier, IN and Tammy Foster (Troy) of Russiaville, IN; her daughter-in-law Donna McCoin of Montpelier, IN; her siblings, Clyde Berry of Centralia, WA, Ray Berry of Lebanon, MI and Kay Berry of Wells County, IN; and her half-siblings, Chester Berry of Jay County, IN and Jane Ann Berry of Jay County, IN.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
