He was predeceased by: his wife Glenna Lewis (Snyder); his parents, John Frederick Lewis and Julia Marie Lewis (Weaver); his stepchildren, Justin M. Ervin and Carrie L. Ervin; his brothers, Steve Lewis and Jamie Lewis; his niece Laura Ray; and his nephew Brant Harter.
He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Bryce Lewis of San Antonio, TX, Andrew M. Lewis (Shelby) of Palmer, AK, Anthony James Lewis of San Antonio, TX, Kevin John Evan Lewis of San Antonio, TX and Jacob Tyler Lewis of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Natalie Sophia Lewis of Palmer, AK, Steven Timothy Lewis of Palmer, AK and Abbigail Alizabeth Yvonne Lewis of Palmer, AK; his sister Lisa Garrett (Rea) of Alexandria, IN; his nieces, Melissa Philbert and Julia Garrett; and his nephew Josh Michael.
