It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas D. Mounsey of Montpelier, Indiana, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Thomas Mounsey and Edith Mounsey (White); and his sister Janet D. Denton. He is survived by: his wife Marie M. Mounsey (Gillette) of Montpelier, IN; his children, Linda McCoin (Monty) of Hartford City, IN and Greg Mounsey (Tami) of Centerville, IN; and his grandchildren, Brittany Powell (Tyler) of New Castle, IN, Braxton McCoin (Jessica) of Muncie, IN, Morgan Marie Smith (Patrick) of Indianapolis, IN and Dr. Derek Duane Mounsey (Layne) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Step Great Grandchildren.
