She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Bud" Hartley Sr. and Mary Hartley (McFeely) of Virginia; and her brothers, Charles Hartley, Jr. and Ira W. Hartley. She is survived by: her daughter Skye Speece (Jayson) of Montpelier, IN; her stepdaughter Shannon Monnot of New Corydon, IN; her grandchildren, Hannah Hardwick, Serenity Southard, Skyelar Caster and Hardin Caster; her great grandchildren, Wynn and Kalvin Hardwick; her sister Starlotte Burneske of Montpelier, IN; her sister-in-law Debbie Hartley of Wabash, IN; her brother Herschel Hartley, Sr. of Kokomo, IN; and her nephew Bobby Cornelia of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
Tami had fought a two-year battle with cancer, she has graciously donated her body for cancer research.
