She is survived by: her son Adam Smith of Montpelier, IN; her brothers, Paul "Eddie" Smith (Janice) of Montpelier, IN and Joe B. "Jody" Smith of Montpelier, IN; and her grandchildren, Kaisyn Smith of Montpelier, IN and Audrianna McCammon of Montpelier, IN. She is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
