He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Kellogg (Stroud). He is survived by: his wife Monica Kellogg (Felver) of Montpelier, IN; his father Steve A. Kellogg (Linda); his sons, Steve J. Kellogg, Seth A. Kellogg (Carissa Patrick) and Richie E. Kellogg (Laci); his grandchildren, Remington, Kason, Kamden, Everleigh, Lucas, Harlow, Juniper, Nova and Henleigh; his sisters, Babs Cook (Bill) of Portland, IN and Tamara Hartley (Eric) of Montpelier, IN; his stepsiblings, Brian Jack of Bluffton, IN, Chris Jack (Erika) and Amy Reineck (Joe) of Liberty Center, IN; and his parents-in-law, Joe, Cheryl Diehl of Huntington, IN, Glenn and Jennifer Felver of Hartford City, IN. He is also survived by several Brother & Sister in Laws, Nieces & Nephews.
