She is survived by: her husband Jack Rains; her children, Derrick Brown of Muncie, IN and Emily Brown of Kokomo, IN; her stepdaughters, Kelley Seibert of Alexandria and Brenda Clark of Hartford City; her brother Tracy Phillips, Jr. (Melissa) of Montpelier; her grandfather Leonard Hollins Cook of Muncie; her grandchildren, Maelee Brown, Marlayna Brown, Lyrah Mentis, Mercedes Clark, Lexus Harding, Aubrey Seibert, Rayden Brown, Cameron Brown, Liam Brown, Owen Brown and Austin Rains; her great grandchild Kyi Stapleton; her stepsisters, Michelle Coleman of Montpelier and Wendy Arnold of Hartford City; her mother-in-law Jorretta Rains of Hartford City; and her siblings-in-law, John Rains of Hartford City and Jeri Erwin of Hartford City.
