He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Cook and Joyce Cook (Myers); his grandchildren, Justus W. Cook and Raelynn M. Cook; and his brother Randall Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Juli Cook (Burleson) of Montpelier, IN; his son Robert W. Cook of Montpelier, IN; his siblings, Rick Cook of Petroleum, IN, Rachel Sills (Tim) of Dunkirk, IN, Rock (Joann), Renee Cook of Hartford City, IN, Rolella Cook of Dunkirk, IN and Robin Cook of Dunkirk, IN; and his uncles, Bill Cook (Carol) of Zanesville, IN and Marvin Cook (Rochelle) of Geneva, IN. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home (109 W Windsor St, Montpelier, IN 47359).
Preferred memorials can be made to the Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
