Bonifield (Kevin) of Salamonia, IN and Michelle L. Perry (Jeff Roberts) of Portland, IN; and his grandchildren, Christopher Rathbun of Montpelier, IN, Kevin Rathbun of Montpelier, IN, Kasey Bonifield of Portland, IN, Katie Perry of Portland, IN, Jaiden Roberts of Geneva, IN, Joshua Rathbun of Montpelier, IN, Austin Rathbun of Cleveland, OH and Sabra Rathbun of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
