He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Lynn Velasquez of Poneto, IN.; and his siblings, Darlene Owings of Inverness, FL., Barbara Jean Southerland of Homosassa, FL., Rick Velasquez (Tammy) of Poneto, IN., Randy Velasquez (Jodi) of Huntington, IN., Shirley James of Zanesville, IN., Sandy Wistner (Kelly) of Hicksville, OH., Jerry Velasquez of Montpelier, IN. and Freddie G. Velasquez of Huntington, IN.. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
