He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Scott Brooks of Big Stone, VA and Jeremy Brooks; his siblings, William Tony Brooks (Karen) of Montpelier, IN and Sandra Lynn Oswley of Roda, VA; and his half-brother Kelly Wallisa of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
