With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martha Sue Howell (Montpelier, Indiana), born in Marion, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Spiker and Betty Spiker (Poling); and her parents-in-law, Raymond and Opal Howell (Clem). She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Howell of Marion, IN; her children, Rick Howell (Diane) of Portland, IN, Amber Mark (Jeff) of Marion, IN and Angie Roberts (Corey) of Montpelier, IN; her siblings, Mary Howell (Charles) of Van Buren, IN, James Robert "Bob" Spiker of Warren, IN, Pat Hawkins of Marion, IN and Pam Weiseman (Jim) of Hartford City, IN; her grandsons, Corporal Brayden Roberts of Montpelier, IN, Tanner Roberts of Montpelier, IN, Cameron Mark of Marion, IN and Braxton Mark of Marion, IN; her daughter Jessica Casterline of Montpelier, IN; and her close friend Lois Wright of Ridgeville, IN. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home (109 W Windsor St, Montpelier, IN 47359). Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Community Church (5513 State Rd 18, Montpelier, IN 47359). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
