He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delmar Hart and Frances Stepp Hart; his daughters, Cheryl Hart (Ted) and Raquel Hart; his grandchildren, Chandler Littleford, Riley Barnes and Jack Barnes; his siblings, Joyce Hart Lee (Everett), Judy Hart Herring and Jeff Hart; and his close friend Yolonda Wise Hiser. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
