She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy M. Simmons Sr.; her parents, Adelma Wane Fear and Romain Arvilla Fear (Gray); her sisters, Joyce Smith, Jneane Besser and Linda Gregory; and her great grandchild Jenson A. Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Tamara Leas (David) of Montpelier, IN, Teresa Lynn Simmons (Warren Casterline) of Montpelier, IN, Tommy M. Simmons, Jr. (Lisa) of Montpelier, IN and Cristi Banter of Montpelier, IN; and her grandchildren, Tommy M. Simmons III, Jerod Reynolds (Kaitlyn), Mick Leas (Katy), Angie Oswalt (Kreig), Heather Kinsey (Shane) and Luke Leas (Kim). She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
