She is survived by: her spouse Gale Spaulding; her children, Janice I. Miller (Robert) of Marion, IN and Daniel G. Spaulding (Lou Ellen) of Montpelier, IN; her grandchildren, Michael Spaulding (Candace) of Upland, IN, Matthew Spaulding (Tiffany) of Hartford City, IN, Lynnette Johnson (Mark) of Kennesaw, GA and Alexander Miller (Valerie) of Roanoke, IN; her brother David Smith (Treena) of Daleville, IN; her sister-in-law Arlene Smith of Amboy, IN.; her children, Minni, Gale H. Spaulding and Rudy Spaulding; and her siblings, Edna Strahm, Charles Smith, Robert Smith, James Smith and Tom Smith. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
