He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cash and Elsie Cash; his son Christopher Howard Cash; his sisters, Martha Ellen Geesaman (Kermit), Mary Lou Judy (Duane) and Shirley Taylor (John); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Bauman (Jay), Dickie Haffner (Jackie) and Donna Haffner (Richard).
He is survived by: his son Douglas Glen Cash (Cindy) of Pennville, IN; his grandchildren, Olivia Rose Dues (Brayden) of Portland, IN, Christopher Jacob Dale Cash (Chai) of Albuquerque, NM and Crystal Tunnell (Phillip) of Tazewell, VA; and his brother-in-law Richard Haffner of Portland, IN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
