We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2024, at the age of 80, Donald W. Houser (Montpelier, Indiana), born in Hartford City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Abolene Houser (Debolt); and his brother Ronnie Houser. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie L. Houser (Schmaltz) of Montpelier, IN; his son David (Bernadene); his stepchildren, Connie L. Purvis of Hartford City, IN and James E. Pitts (Rosie) of Hartford City, IN; his grandchildren, Amber Houser, Ashley Houser, Christina Moore, Kyle Pitts, Kortney Tompkins, Kyle Jefferys and Kelsee Blocker; his great grandchildren, Allesya Moore, Autumn Moore, Owen Moore, Karlie Pitts, Koen Pitts, Walker Jefferys, Finley Jefferys, Shelby Tompkins and Roman Blocker; and his half-siblings, Ruth Reynolds of Robinson, IL and Buddy of Robinson, IL.. He is also survived by 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (1402 W Water St, Hartford City, IN 47348).
