He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Lee Bell (Thomas); his parents, Hershel Bell and June Bell (Gregory); and his brothers, Gary D. Bell and Bobby H. Bell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Ella Grim (Mike) of Auburn, IN and Diana Sue Bailey of Winchester, IN; and his close friend Teresa Capper of Hartford City, IN. He is also survived by many Nieces & Nephews.
