He is survived by: his wife Denise Miller; his children, Scott Shidler of Spencer, IN, Micky Caldwell (Theresa) of Venice, FL and Tonya Doornbos of Hoquiam, WA; his grandchildren, Hope Jackson of Goodland, Caitlin Lawson of New Castle, Breeann Caldwell of Los Angles, Shannon Decker of Indianapolis, Robert Doornbos and Bo Doornbos of Monon; and his sister Ann Bowman of Monticello. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
