He is survived by: his wife Teri L. Holderfield of Monticello; his children, Amy S. Holderfield of Monticello and Shaughn Holderfield (Carmen) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Shelby Lauren Diggs (Michaiah Galvin), Preston Trace Holderfield, Fred Leroy Rashaw IV, Kirkland Sabe Holderfield and Amyiah Shaughn Rashaw; his siblings, Debbie K. Holderfield, Lloyd Holderfield, Dale Holderfield (Kelly) and Brad Holderfield; his sister-in-law Cheryl Calhoun; and his cousins, Michael Mahlke (Jo Ann) and David Mahlke (Krisn). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
