He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Patricia "Patty" Sullivan; his adoptive parent Jerry Crane; his stepfather Keith Kennedy of Monticello, Indiana; his sister Erin Howard (Rodney) of Monticello, Indiana; his stepsister Lisa Burbage (Travis) of Nebraska; his nieces and nephews, Loghan Howard and Kamryn Howard; his stepdaughter Lorelie Duncan of Monticello, Indiana; his stepmother Pat Crane of Nebraska; his aunt Barb; his uncle Dudley Marvin of Monticello, Indiana; his father Jerry Crane; and his grandparents, Bill, Betty Sullivan, Don and Maryellen Crane. He was also cherished by Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
