He is survived by: his wife Sherry Blissitt; his children, Douglas Metzger (Ashley) of Winamac, Kimberly Burke (Waylon) of Winamac, Stacey Roth (Wyatt) of Indianapolis and Hannah Metzger of Monticello; his siblings, Teresa Selinsky (Paul), Caroline Cline (Stan), Amanda Liter (Scott), Dave Metzger (Arlene) and Dan Metzger (Deb); and his grandchildren, Destini Gould, Emri Metzger, Peyton Burke, Paxton Burke, Colin Roth, Leyli Metzger, Brodie Roth and Hensley Roth.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Crisis Center of Lafayette.
