DuVall of Monticello, Indiana, born in Galveston, Indiana, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A. Smith and Mary Smith (Hamilton). She is survived by: her husband John B. "Jack" DuVall; her daughters, Amy Douglas (Vernon) of Lafayette, Indiana and Raised (William "Bill" Christian); her granddaughters, Kalyn Williams (Branden), Sophie Douglas and Kylee Douglas; her great grandchild Kymani Douglas; her siblings, David E. Smith of Kokomo, Eva Logan of Logansport and Thomas "Tom" Smith (Mary Welch) of Lafayette, Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Terry Logan (Betsy), John Spencer, Quintina Burton (Trent), Kathleen Martinez (Russ), Kyle Williams, Dustin DuVall and Lindsey Barber (Ryan). She is also survived by Several Great Nieces, Great Nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Sitka Baptist Church or to the Family.
