She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lane and Helen Lane (Butler); her husband John Rayburn; her son Bruce Carter; and her stepson Robert Rayburn.
She is survived by: her children, Rex Carter (Debbie) of Monticello, William Carter (Stephanie Edison) of Reynolds and Helen "Beth" Hays (Jack) of Idaville; her stepchildren, Bruce Rayburn (Kathy) of Rensselaer, James Rayburn of Wolcott, John "Mike" Rayburn (Diane) of Reynolds and Brenda Davis of Rurpert, ID; and her siblings, Judith "Judy" Withrow of Evansville and Russell Lane (Judy) of Alton, IL. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
