He was predeceased by: his parents, Ragnvald Halsen and Mary Halsen (Zalac). He is survived by: his wife Rochelle Seabloom; his sons, Ronald Halsen, Jr. of Monticello and Randy Halsen (Lana) of Monticello; and his grandchildren, Alex Halsen of Monticello and Ashley Halsen of Chicago.
