He is survived by: his mother Shirley Larson (Nicewander); his wife Linda (Bellah); his stepson Chris Bellah (Jasmine) of West Lafayette; his granddaughter Haley; his sister Mary Hammond (Jack) of Monticello; his nephew Justin Berry (Mariah) of Detroit; his nieces, Amy Lentner (Aaron) of Washington, DC, Jessica Viney (Tyler) of Monticello and Allison Addison (Ken) of Cincinnati; his great-nephew Ben Berry; and his great-nieces, Evelyn Lentner, Imogen Lentner, Isabelle Berry, Sadie Berry and Payton Viney.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Riley's Children Hospital.
