He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Wayne and Geneva Opal Foster (Paris). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael (Cheryl) of Glen Burnie, Richard (Crystal) of Brookston, Donna Hermansen (Mike) of Phoenix and Joann Kaiser of Kokomo; and his nieces and nephews, Larry Ostheimer (Chunmei Tao), Tina Montgomery, Jennifer Shores (Phil), John Foster, Kathy Foster, Babette Poland (Jerry), Kitzie Korniak, Heather Frost (Alex), Natalie Foster, Adam Foster, Bradley Manning (Tammy), Elyse Kaiser, Diana Kaiser (Tara Hensle) and Matt Kaiser.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fred L. Miller Memorial Chapel of the Roscka Roth & Clapper Funeral Home (6368 US-24, Monticello, IN 47960). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the Kokomo Humane Society or the Guernsey Church of the Brethren.
