We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2020, Quentin R. Smith (Monticello, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Jeramy Smith (Melody Reed) of Lafayette, Alec Smith (Alycea Burge) of Lafayette and Holly Smith (Wes Slopsema) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Savannah, Alecxis, Grayson, Harper, Rosalee, Kyler and Kadence; and his siblings, Quteen I. Capper of Avondale, Annirene "Rene" Liberto (John) of Corpus Christi, Chrystalynn "Cricket" Kendrick of Monticello and Melody Cooper of Lafayette, Indiana. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Great Great Nieces, Great Great Nephews, Cousins.
