She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence L Smith and Edith O. Smith (Overton); her husband Glenn E. Curwick; and her siblings, Mary Jo, Nancy Jo Smith, Nina May Hall, Julia Fay Perrin, Dal, Ralph, Fred and Jerry Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Jo Boardman (Royce "Snuff"), Monon, Karen Sue Allen (Francis), Burnettsville, Sherry Lynn Haynes (Richard "Rick"), Springfield, Shelly Kay Curwick and Flora. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Marcy Dismore, Battle Ground, and Linda Franklin, Monon; brother-in-law Walter "Wally" (Angie) Curwick, Lafayette; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews and cousins.
