It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Jean Paschen of Monticello, Indiana, born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Monte; and her stepgrandson Cale Paschen. She is survived by: her husband Jim of Monticello; her children, Melanie Culp (Jerry) of Kalamazoo, MI and David Monte Roach (Georgina) of Littleton, CO; her stepchildren, Brad Paschen (Cathy) of West Lafayette, Mark Paschen (De Anna) of Brookston and Suzann Nixon (Nick); her brother Roger Monte (Judy) of Santa Maria, CA; her grandchildren, Alexandra Roach, Elizabeth Culp and Mason Roach; her stepgrandchildren, Claire Hastings (Dave), Elizabeth Paschen, Allie Paschen (Devin), Zachary Spille (Kelsey), Olivia, Alexa and Kailey Nixon; and her niece Rachel Dion of Santa Margarita, CA..
