She is survived by: her husband Terrence "Terry" Brook of Monticello; her sons, TJ (Jennifer McGee) and Denny (Misty McGee); her stepson Terrence "Terry" Brook Jr. of Portage; her brother Daniel Tylka (Barb); and her sister-in-law Donna Tylka of Aurora, IL.
