She is survived by: her husband Robert Gene Hayworth (Bob); her son Robert Douglas Hayworth (Doug); her siblings, Carolyn Kolb (Gordon), Emily Engel (Darryl), Mary Beebe (Kerry), Jim Hawkins, Carl Hawkins and Joe Hawkins; and her brother-in-law Jim Hayworth (Barb). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, spouse, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
