He is survived by: his children, Jesika Hobock (Jack) and Russell Jensen; his siblings, Paulette Upton (Bill) of Monticello, Andrea Collinsworth of Monticello and Penny Scott of Monticello; and his nieces and nephews, Charity Tackett (Rich) of Monticello, Becca Cramer (Ed) of Logansport, Wendy Carter of Monticello and Andrew Collinsworth of Lafayette. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
