Quillen of Monticello, Jennifer Hallmen (Brian) of Portage, Indiana and Michael Quillen of Portage, Indiana; his grandchildren, Aubrey Quillen, Elliana Hallmen and Everley Hallmen; his sisters, Tina Elston (Kelly), Rhonda Quillen and Sandra Tuck; and his mother-in-law Patricia Johnson. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
