She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Phelps and Vivian Puetz; her stepparents, Jeanie Phelps and Bill Puetz; her mother-in-law Judy Oldenkamp; her significant other Dan Oldenkamp; her children, Camilla Collier (Mike Collier), Connor Oldenkamp, Jared Oldenkamp (Tim Brown) and Candance Montgomery (Chad Montgomery); her grandchildren, Stella Collier, Finnean Collier, Theodore Collier, Meric Montgomery, Macy Montgomery and Maddie Montgomery; her sisters, Alyssa Chumbley (Samuel Chumbley) and Kim Rusk; and her nieces, Ruth Chumbley, Sienna Chumbley and Grace Chumbley.
