We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, at the age of 73, John W. Alford of Monticello, Indiana, born in Dyersburg, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Alford and Magdaleane Alford (Martin); his son Peter J. Doffin, Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Lowery and Shirley Farwell.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Alford of Monticello; his granddaughter Jasmine Doffin of Monticello; his sons, Johnny Alford and Danny Alford; his grandchildren, Kiersten Burtz and Brenden Burtz; his siblings, Dorothy Dial and Robert Glen Alford; his brother-in-law Danny Kaszuba; and his nephews, Jimmy Dial, Timmy Dial, Kenny Dial, Mike Alford and Roger Alford.
Memorials may be given to the family to help with expenses.
