He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Boller and Bonnie Boller (Holiday); his grandson Nathan Boller; and his sisters, Betty Franklin and Josephine "Jo" Mason.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Gross (McFadden); his children, Kim Moore of Sarasota, Sheryl "Sher" Krieter (Andy) of Bartlett and Micheal Boller (Tina) of Monticello; his stepchildren, Diana Downey (Larry) of Burnettsville and Ken Gross (Cathy) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Megan Clark (Travis) of Monticello, Morgan O'Brien (Duston) of Greencastle, Justin Boller of Monticello, Adam Moore, Aaron Moore and Emily Moore; his stepgrandchildren, Brandon R. Gross of Monon, Dacia Green (Craig) of Monticello, Jamie Downey of Delphi, Shawn Downey (Melissa) of Monticello, Ana (Rick) of Buffalo and Dennis Applegate; his children-in-law, Shelly Boller and David Moore; and his friend Fisher Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Alzheimer's Association and envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to 6368 E. US 24, Monticello, Indiana 47960 C/O the Boller Family.
